The Preheat Insulation with Cable Harness is a specialized 10-foot (3 m) insulation solution designed for use with the ArcReach® and ProHeat Heater systems. It features an integrated harness that allows heating cables of various sizes to be attached directly to the insulation. Once configured, the entire assembly can be moved quickly from one workpiece to another, significantly reducing setup times for repetitive preheating and bake-out applications.

• Integrated Cable Management: Built-in harness secures induction heating cables directly to the insulation for a unified heating tool. Compatible with both Air-Cooled and Liquid-Cooled cables.
• Rapid Deployment: Simplifies the process of moving heating setups between similar joints, minimizing downtime.
• Customizable Length: The 10-foot section can be cut to specific lengths to match the circumference of the pipe or the dimensions of the plate. Double stitching every 2 feet allows for insulation to be cut to fit any size.
• Thermal Protection: Provides a 0.5-inch thick barrier that protects heating equipment from high surface temperatures and optimizes the coupling distance for induction efficiency.
• Enhanced Durability: Designed to withstand the rigors of field use while maintaining a clean, organized cable configuration.
