Based on the Selectarc B91 series, the TIG B91 is a premium filler metal designed for high-precision welding of Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum alloys and specialized stainless steels. It delivers a deposit type equivalent to Alloy 625, providing exceptional resistance to corrosion, impact, and pressure.

Key Applications

• Dissimilar Joints: Ideal for joining Nickel alloys to lower alloyed steels or difficult-to-weld materials.
• Surfacing & Repair: Used for butt-welding and surfacing high-strength steels and machine parts in the steel and earth-moving industries.
• Corrosion Resistance: Specifically suited for base materials such as 625, 825, 904L, 254SMo, and 9% Ni steels.
