Sachs? proven and tested components and friction facings are the key to extended operating life. The clutch disc transfers engine torque to the transmission input shaft. The power flow is from the flywheel and the pressure plate through the friction facings the cushion springs and the driven plate to the torsional damper springs and from there through the splined hub to the transmission input shaft.
