Profax XRS-Oscillator Extended Reach Welding Oscillator
The Profax PXXRS is a linear welding oscillator designed for automated torch manipulation. It is used to provide consistent oscillation of the welding arc to control bead width and penetration in automated welding applications.
Features
- Linear Oscillation: Motorized horizontal movement for consistent weld patterns.
- Extended Reach: 33” total reach with a 27” horizontal adjustment range.
- Variable Control: Adjustable dwell times (left and right) and oscillation width via pendant.
- Positioning: Includes a manual cross slide and a dual-axis articulated head for torch alignment.
- Mounting: Swivel base with an 8” removable riser and clamps for various work configurations.
- Drive System: 24V DC motor with rack-and-pinion drive.
