Miller ArcReach 16 Wire Feeder
The ArcReach® 16 is a heavy-duty, voltage-sensing wire feeder designed to maximize productivity in the most demanding environments like shipbuilding, construction, and heavy manufacturing. By utilizing Miller’s game-changing ArcReach technology, operators can adjust weld parameters at the feeder without the need for a control cord, significantly reducing downtime and improving jobsite safety.
Features
- ArcReach® Technology: Provides complete control of the power source at the wire feeder through the existing weld cable. No control cords are required, eliminating a common cause of equipment failure and trip hazards.
- Easy Process Changeover: Switch between welding and gouging with a simple button push on the feeder. The integrated gouging stud allows for quick connection at the point of use.
- Cable Length Compensation (CLC™): Automatically adjusts the voltage based on the length of the weld cables to ensure the voltage you set at the feeder is the voltage you get at the arc.
- Superior Wire Feed Accuracy: A heavy-duty drive motor with tachometer control provides consistent wire feed speed from the start of the weld to the finish, even with large-diameter wires.
- High-Capacity Productivity: Supports large wire spools up to 60 lbs (27.2 kg) and wire diameters up to 3/32 in. (2.4 mm) to minimize spool changes.
- Durable & Rugged: Rated IP23 for protection against solid objects and water spray. Includes a wide voltage range (12–110 VDC) to handle small and large wires without contactor chatter.
