FIND YOUR CHEST MEASUREMENTS
Take the chest measurement by measuring under the armpits around the fullest part of the chest. Take the sleeve measurement by extending arm with elbow bent as indicated in the picture, and measuring from the nape of the neck, around the elbow, and to the wrist. Find your jacket/work shirt size in the table below
FIND YOUR PANT SIZE
Take the waist measurement where the belt is normally worn. Measure loosely with one finger between the body and measuring tape. Find your pants size in the table below.
