Imported from the UK, EB Motorsport used a new old stock steel bumper to create the tooling, retaining all the original details and features, often overlooked.
The internal detail including mounts and reinforcing’s have all been painstakingly recreated in composite (GRP), just like the original R.
The part is manufactured using a high-quality gel coat in combination with a composite construction tailored to the component shape. A combination of CSM and woven materials are used to reinforce areas where necessary, resulting in a rigid, durable product while retaining Ferdinand Piech’s philosophy of extreme lightweight.
This bumper is made with provisions for mounting with original (SWB) brackets.
Please note that this bumper does not have provisions for fog/ driving lights.
